- To request transcripts Black Hawk College has received from other colleges Nursing Transcript Request.
- Take the TEAS Test at the Independent Learning Center (ILC) at either the Quad-Cities Campus or East Campus.
- Admission into the Associate Degree Nursing Program is highly competitive. Not all eligible candidates will be able to be admitted regardless of the date of submission of their application.

We are currently taking late applications. If you apply by October 21st, you will need a minimum score of 60 on the TEAS test and must complete remediation to be eligible for consideration. Any applicants who apply after October 21st will need a minimum score of 80. It is possible that late applications may not be reviewed until January 9th.
