911 – Help is on the way for you to learn what basic skills are necessary to become an entry level Emergency Dispatcher/Telecommunicator. Learn the terminology and practical skills needed to answer public safety emergency and routine telephone calls as well as radio dispatching for police, fire, and EMS calls. Traditional classroom lecture as well as simulation and role playing of practical skills.
