Learn to be the grill master on your own patio. Be confident that the meat is properly cooked and the seafood is moist and tender. Make bread all warm and garlicky on the grill to use as pizza crust or an olive oil dipper. Grill veggies and fruits while making salad and dessert.

About the Instructor:
Chef Stephanie Godke has worked in and around the restaurant industry for more than 25 years and brings more than a decade of experience teaching chefs and culinary students the tricks of the trade. She is locally known for her cooking segments on the Paula Sands Live show, as well as her monthly classes with Mississippi River Distilling Company. Chef Stephanie is a certified member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
