Come discover all that Black Hawk College has to offer at Discovery Day! Stop by Building 1 at the Quad-Cities Campus anytime from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 30 to get registered for fall classes and enjoy a free cookout, prize drawings and live radio remotes.

During Discovery Day, prospective and current students can:
- Fill out an online application for admission.
- Finish their financial aid application (bring a copy of 2010 tax returns).
- Take the COMPASS placement test (start anytime between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.)
- Meet with an academic advisor.
- Register for classes.
There also will be an information fair highlighting student services and other BHC programs such as Professional and Continuing Education and high school dual enrollment.

Career Services Center staff members will be on hand to help with resume writing, interest inventories and career goal planning.
