Quality is everyone’s responsibility. It touches everyone within an organization, no matter what their role. A basic understanding of quality and the ability to apply its concepts daily can be the determining factor for success or failure for an organization.
Quality 101 – CQIA exam prep

This 15-hour course covers fundamental quality principles and practices. This is a cost effective, base-line quality training for individuals or organizations. This course can be
used as an introduction of quality tools for new employees, a refresher training for employees with some background in quality, or for general professional development. Quality 101 also relates to the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification exam and helps prepare individuals for that exam.
Topics to be covered include: Quality Benefits, The Evolution of Quality, Total Quality Management, Process Management, Quality Tools, and Quality Deployment.
The learning materials from the Indiana Quality Council are included in the cost of the class. 1.5 CEU.
